d'Alembord

Brought up in a Schola Progenium, d’Alembord was destined to serve the Imperium. His future was uncertain however, as his teachers thought he showed little promise. Never the fittest, strongest or smartest, d’Alembord worked his way into the ranks of the Inquisition purely through his willpower and determination.

Placing little faith in arcane or technological devices, d’Alembord is shown here with his trusted sword Ribgrinder, and a scavenged autogun.

Lacking the mental abilities that set many other Inquisitors apart, d’Alembord was lucky to meet Deverina. Normally she seems timid: only when roused in battle does her psychic power become clear.

Every Inquisitor needs someone he can trust. D’Alembord originally hired Urscinus for a raid on Dintron IV, but while others have come and gone, Urscinus has stayed steadfastly by the Inquisitor’s side.

D’Alembord met Father Kable while investigating the infestation of Drakur Monastery on Ynnsworld XV. The rot of Chaos had spread so deep that the monastery had to be incinerated, but Kable was spared, and in gratitude joined d’Alembord’s band.
